I always knew there was something special about me, like I was born to do & be great things in the world, my free independent adventurous spirit, curiosity and general questioning about life as a child got me into trouble a lot.
Never accepting, settling for less or believing that the conditions I grew up in were the only ways to get through life successfully.
I wanted more, I was worth more and nobody was going to get in the way of me making success happen.
This blazing tenacious desire to be more saw me smash down so many walls, I was the one that would move mountains to make things work, do all the hard groundwork and deliver what others said would not be possible.
I achieved amazing things;

Doubled profit margins by creating a new company which turned over £1.5 million in its first year.
Flash car, designer clothes, regular 6 figure income and a beautiful house

Started a side hustle in property development & rentals at the age of 26..
Everything had to work so I felt more powerful, secure, invincible, strong and in control all the time.
My successful empire was a safe place to be even though it felt very lonely at the top, making myself more so that I could have great things in life was all I focused on.
Except when it did not work, depression, self-sabotaging, feelings of lack, hiding and the constant questioning of whether I was enough took hold.
Until I retired from having to work at 39 years old, with the help of a coach.
Setting up The Real Executive Coaching Co in 2017 to support strong powerful leaders to think what is beyond impossible without needing more, enabled teams to become highly productive by increasing their trust levels and transformed organizational cultures through unique operating models.
The doing more to make myself more and achieve great things in the world was not the frequency I wanted to operate on anymore.
The walls I put up around me to keep everything else out, the bar I set that always left me feeling out of reach and the continual cycle of highs and lows was not a game I wanted to keep playing anymore.
The proving myself to others, trying to meet their expectations and loosing sight of myself in the process was not serving me anymore.
I broke free of the corporate world altogether in 2019 to discover the truthful, trusting and loving wealth of me.
I stopped looking out there for things that would make me feel more and I started to feel me more.
I stopped focusing on all the things I apparently lacked, stepped through the vulnerability window, to discover a world filled with endless possibilities that did not require me to change at all.
